Brief Bio:
Edward White Ph.D., M.P.H., is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Interdisciplinary Research on AIDS. He is an epidemiologist who received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington in Seattle. His research involves methodological work in HIV seroepidemiology, application of mathematical modeling methods to health policy development, sexual network epidemiology and evidence-based HIV prevention interventions. His work focuses on men who have sex with men, particularly on men of color, and examining racial disparities in burden of STI among MSM.
