COMMUNITY

Community Research Partnership Program (CRPP)

This program aims to support the conduct of research by Community-Based Organizations in collaboration with CIRA scientists, and thereby to build the research capacity of Community-Based Organizations while addressing a community HIV prevention need. At the same time, the program will also expand the pool of AIDS researchers doing community-based research.

CIRA plans to fund up to two projects per year, with a maximum award for individual projects of $15,000. Funding will be provided for up to one year. The application excluding budget pages will not exceed five pages. All applicants must have a CIRA scientist as a collaborator on the project. We will identify an appropriate CIRA scientist collaborator.

CIRA is currently NOT accepting any Letters of Intent. Click here to view our current guidelines for submission.
