This document serves as a tool for anyone interested in pursuing research on HIV prevention interventions. Not intended as a comprehensive review rather a selection of key review articles published within the last five years this compendium strives to bring readers rapidly up to speed on central facets of the HIV prevention intervention field. Criteria for article inclusion include the following:

  • Published 1997 or later
  • A review of the literature
  • Focused on domestic interventions and their effectiveness
Revised annually by the Community Research Core of the Center for Interdisciplinary Research on AIDS (CIRA), our goal is to keep readers updated on current HIV prevention practices in order to facilitate and improve future community-based research efforts.
