Sponsored by CIRA and Yale's Institution for Social and Policy Studies (ISPS), Yale AIDS Colloquium Series (YACS) is an interdisciplinary academic forum for discussion of HIV/AIDS-related research and policy.
These opportune seminars host a series of distinguished visitors to Yale that are conducting HIV/AIDS research in an international setting. Most discussions are followed by a Q&A session with the audience.
Research in Progress seminars serve as working sessions which give our international trainees an opportunity to present their latest research ideas, data, papers or grant proposals for feedback.
This Summer Institute offers participants a combination of educational sessions, networking activities, and workshops that will serve as a catalyst for initiating new research, improving ongoing research, and creating partnerships for future collaborations.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Summer Institute will NOT be held in 2009. Please contact Annette Ackerman with any questions.
A series of day-long workshops sponsored by the Interdisciplinary Resarch Methods Core which provide opportunities for scientists to familiarize themselves with and even gain working knowledge of research methodologies and procedures.
