Monitoring and Evaluation Working Group

An increasing number of scientists at CIRA are applying their expertise to evaluating the impact of HIV/AIDS programs. Recognizing this trend, members of the International Research Core at CIRA initiated the Monitoring and Evaluation Working Group to help CIRA and Yale scientists effectively plan and implement evaluation designs. The Working Group serves as a medium for improving ongoing monitoring and evaluation activities, for using M&E as an entry point for research in existing projects, and for creating partnerships for future collaborations. captured below:

The Working Group has organized a series of seminars and discussions led by evaluation experts and practitioners. The Group also strives to facilitate interaction between researchers in an environment where they can discuss the challenges they face in the M&E component of their research in international settings. We hope that this Group will be a resource for anyone conducting the monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS projects. captured below:
